A BILL to repeal article twenty-two-b, chapter twenty-nine of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one,
as amended, relating to banning "Limited Video Lottery."
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article twenty-two-b, chapter twenty-nine of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended,
be repealed:
§1. Repeal of article creating limited video lottery.
Article twenty-two-b, chapter twenty-nine of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is
hereby repealed.
